Well, my lord, aren't they all special? But I know they are referring to the Christmas specials, and other "off season" episodes that have become part of the norm during the new Who years. And so I have made my choice, although Snowmen almost edged it out, I choose Christmas Carol as my favorite special episode. It feature Dumbledore (my son recognized the voice right away) and the lovely Katherine Jenkins. Plus it was just a great story...and we got to see Pond in the police girl outfit again.
