Once again going to the Tom Baker years for this one. I choose Ian Marter as my least favorite Actor. His portrayal of Harry Sullivan always seems very weak to me...or Harry is just a dull as dirt character...either way, he wins today's prize. I think the Doctor says it all in this scene.
